Fourth Annual Dancing with the Lee County Stars
Sponsorship Packages
Here are the following packages for our 2012 event.
SALSA LEVEL
- $5000 Major Sponsor
• Listed under the “Salsa Sponsor” category on the Sponsor Board
• Logo on all printed and promotional materials
• Recognition in all media releases, promotional events, and advertisements
• Two center front tables of eight seats each (16 total seats)
• Sixteen free votes the evening of the event (each vote will represent $10 toward the dancer of choice)
• Recognition at the podium the evening of the event
• Sponsor representative to speak at event and present trophy to Lee County Dancing Star winners on stage
TANGO LEVEL
- $2000 Sponsor
• Listed under the “Tango Sponsor” category on the Sponsor Board
• One front or second row table of eight seats (table assigned based on order of fund receipt)
• Eight free votes the evening of the event (each vote will represent $10 toward the dancer of choice)
• Recognition in promotional events, event brochure, and thank you advertisements
• Recognition at the podium the evening of the event
WALTZ LEVEL
- $1000 Sponsor-
• Listed under the “Foxtrot Sponsor” category on the Sponsor Board
• One next available row table of eight seats after Tango tables (table assigned based on order of fund receipt)
• Eight free votes the evening of the event (each vote will represent $10 toward the dancer of choice)
• Recognition in event brochure and thank you advertisements
Shining Star Award Sponsor
$750 Sponsor
• Listed under the “Shining Star Award Sponsor” category on the Sponsor Board
• One next available row table of eight seats after Foxtrot tables (table assigned based on order of fund receipt)
• Four free votes the evening of the event (each vote will represent $10 toward the dancer of choice)
• Sponsor representative to present “Shining Star Award” on stage to the winners that stand out as the most entertaining
• Recognition in event brochure and thank you advertisements
Reserved Table $650
- One general seating row table of eight seats (table assigned based on order of fund receipt).
General Ticket Prices
- $75.00 each
**All sponsorship money or pledges must be received August 31, 2012 to be included in all printed materials**
”Free Votes” will be a voucher for a
free vote (quantity per sponsorship noted above). Since the “winner” will be the one who raises the most money, these vouchers will represent $10 toward their total amount raised, but will not be actual money.
